I only see a white screen after clicking on “Link Wearable”

  • We recommend: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge (Win 10) or Safari (Mac)
  • Always the latest version of your browser and without ad or popup blocker
  • Clear your browser cache
  • If various security settings for the Internet in the office or at home are still blocking, then use your Android or iPhone – without WIFI.
  • Cookies in Chrome go to Settings > enter “cookies” in the search bar > scroll down to Website Settings > click on Cookies and Website data
  • a) allow sites to save and read cookies – ON b) clear cookies – OFF d) block third-party cookies – OFF

Can I use my wearable upon receipt?

  • No. First you have to activate your wearable with the activation number which comes together with your wearable.
