“Ben” is made of genuine leather, 20 mm wide and available in lengths of 17 cm, 19 cm and 21 cm. “Ben” is equipped as standard with a high-quality push button for closing – and does almost everything.
Its practical contactless payment function (NFC) works completely independently – without batteries, chargers or smartphones.
- Hold the bracelet with the side where the payment chip is located to the payment terminal.
- Keep your hand steady (not moving) for a few seconds
- The lights on the payment terminal turn green and you hear a beep.

Do not swim
Remove the wristband before swimming or bathing.
The leather strap and the payment chip may be damaged.
Brief contact with water is harmless. Allow the leather strap to dry slowly.
Do not bend
Please make sure that the flexible payment chip in the wristband is not bent or kinked. Bending and/or kinking will damage the integrated chip.
Avoid solvents and abrasives
Do not use industrial abrasive or polishing agents. The wristband can be cleaned with household soap and water-based detergents.
Avoid electromagnetic fields
Some household electrical appliances can generate EM fields strong enough to affect the payment chip in the bracelet. Do not leave your wristband near electrical appliances or the contactless payment will stop working.

After receiving your return, we return your money instantly.
If you already have activated and used your wearable, we charge a fee of € 20. Your right of return or exchange expires after 14 days.
LAKS Pay offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. We manufacture our products with great care. However, if service is needed, please open a support ticket here.
LAKS GmbH grants 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. If the purchased goods have defects, we undertake to comply with all applicable warranty provisions.
If you have a complaint regarding obvious defects in material or workmanship of the goods we provide, including any damage incurred during shipment, return the goods to us immediately.
