Important information to all customers of ABN Amro Bank

ABN Amro Bank has decided to stop supporting contactless payments with passive wearables.

If you want to know if ABN Amro offers you compensation for your wearable, and if so what kind, please contact your bank’s customer service – click here

Of course we are not happy about this decision and understand your frustration. At the same time, however, we are grateful for the positive feedback from our customers.

If you have just purchased a LAKS wearable, we offer you two options:

    • use the wearable with the iCard digital wallet – select “iCard” in the drop down menu – click here.
      With iCard the wearable is valid for eight years – More information about iCard
    • you want to cancel the order – please open a support ticket click here
